– We cannot accept returns on any feed items. This includes all seeds, blends, cakes, and cylinders.
– We will be happy to accept returns on any feeder that arrives damaged, or if the wrong feeder is shipped to you. Please notify us immediately. We ask that you provide us with a picture of the damage, and a detailed description of the problem, and we will provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
